Centerdraft ("we", "us", "our") is a story-structuring tool for creators. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

Your account and project data is stored in Supabase on servers located in Frankfurt, Germany (EU), covered by GDPR. Payment data is handled by Stripe (US), which is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

We do not sell your data. We share data only with the sub-processors needed to run the service:

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email hello@centerdraft.com and we will respond within 30 days.

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings.

7. Cookies

Centerdraft does not use tracking cookies. We use localStorage in your browser to save your projects locally and your session. Plausible Analytics uses no cookies.

8. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all your data is deleted within 30 days.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest version.
